Carl Wayne Rosenbalm, Sr. age 55 of Bristol, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 02, 2019 in Cornelia, Georgia.

Born in Sullivan County, Tennessee on November 14, 1964, he was a son of the late Donald Wayne & Linda Ann Wheeler Rosenbalm. Wayne was a Superintendent with T & K Construction Company. He enjoyed entertaining and cooking. Most of all, Wayne loved being with his family and friends. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his fiancé, Terry Jean Newberry of Bristol, TN; children, Carl Wayne “C.J.” Rosenbalm, Jr., Michael Rosenbalm, & Susan Eades all of Bristol, TN; adopted children, Melody Salyer & Tabitha Newberry both of Bristol, TN; brother, Chris Rosenbalm of Watauga, TN; sisters & brothers-in-law, Donna Gail & David Rouse, Angel & Tom Leshinski all of Bristol, TN; special friend, Lonnie Burgess of Kissimmee, FL; 7 grandchildren; many other extended relatives & friends.

Wayne’s wishes were to be cremated.

Private family services will be held at a later time.
