Danny Ray Fry

Danny Ray Fry, age 51 of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 09, 2019 following an extended illness.

Born in Demorest, Georgia on March 12, 1968, he was the son of Mary Ann Franklin Fry of Clarkesville, Georgia & the late Rayford Fry. Danny was in the logging industry for many years. He was an avid fisherman, race car fan, and enjoyed watching football. Most of all, Danny enjoyed spending precious time with his family. He was a member of the Old Nacoochee Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his two sons, T.R. Fry & Alvin Fry.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his loving wife of 22 years, Tammy Free Fry of Clarkesville, GA; children, William, Kechara, Lee, Brittany, & Alexx; sisters & brothers-in-law, Cynthia & Rev. Austin Kelley, Kim & Dennis Geisecke all of Clarkesville, GA; 10 grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, & friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 from the Hillside Chapel with Rev. Bill Trotter & Rev. Austin Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Nachoochee Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
