I'm so sorry to hear of Professor Schacht's passing. He was my first English professor at NGCSU. He was such a great encourager. For some reason he crossed my mind tonight.

Dear Becky & family, so sorry to learn of precious Hans homegoing, had no idea of his long battle & illness. I know you suffered equally along w/him as you were soul mates. I know he will always live in your hearts & I pray the happy fond memories will one day help begin to fill the void. I pray for God to envelope each of you in His love,peace & comfort. Becky and Hanna, I have such fond memories of Hans. When I think of him I smile. He was such a precious man. He certainly lived a full and blessed long life. I know he will be missed.
