Paul Alfred Beck

Paul Alfred Beck, age 57 of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

A celebration of life service to honor Paul will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2019 at Hillside Memorial Chapel with Rev. John DuBois officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour on Monday.

Born in Star Lake, New York on January 7, 1962, Paul was the son of the late Francis H. and Mildred Alice Shampine Beck.  Paul was a United States Marine Corp veteran and he attended Christ Walk Church.  Paul had a servants heart.  He took pride in helping others and was the kind of guy that would give anyone the shirt off of his back.  Paul was an avid biker and he took part in numerous charity rides supporting many worthy causes.  Paul loved his family.  He loved family get togethers and doing anything that brought folks together.  Paul was a CNC Machinist and was employed by A.S.I. Storage Solutions.  In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by brother Milton Beck and father in law Earl Welborn.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years Carol Welborn Beck of Clarkesville, daughters Jessica Starburst Smith (Michael) of Clarkesville, Melissa Ann Pritchard Farmer (Randy) of Alto and Cassandra Beck of New York, son Christopher Paul Beck (fiancé Stephanie York) of Clarkesville, Mother in law Brenda Nichols Welborn Lovell (Ted) of Hollywood, brothers Robert Beck of Texas, Butch Beck and John Beck of Florida, sisters Rebecca Beck Durham and Mary Beck of New York and Teri Beck Blevins of Florida, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
