Rheuvilla Ruth (Herbert) Tucker

A memorial service celebrating the life of Rheuvilla Ruth Herbert Tucker, age 92 of Sautee, will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Nacoochee Presbyterian Church with Pastor Bob Prim officiating.

Mrs. Tucker passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 following a period of declining health.

Born on December 26, 1926, Mrs. Tucker was the daughter of the late Ronald and Edith Welch Herbert.  Mrs. Tucker was a Registered Nurse working in mental health for the State of Georgia and she was a member of Nacoochee Presbyterian Church.  Mrs. Tucker was a veracious reader and enjoyed travel. She loved being at the beach, especially her annual trips to Charleston.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tucker is preceded in death by husband Deane Carroll Tucker, daughter Jacqueline Tucker Muther and sisters Marnie Boyer and Geraldine Wimberley.

Survivors include daughter and son in law Elizabeth T. and Robert Moore of Gainesville, son John Scott Tucker of Ellenwood, son David James Tucker of Sautee, son in law Walter Muther of Cumming, grandchildren Kristina Lucarelli, Daniel Muther, Nathaniel Moore, Tyler Moore, Caleb Moore and Heath Tucker as well as great grandchildren Ryan Lucarelli, Elin Lucarelli, Jackson Muther, Owen and Logan Muther and Lyric Muther.
