Ronald Lee Carroll

A memorial service celebrating the life of Ronald Lee Carroll age 73 of Clarkesville will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Hillside Memorial Chapel.  Pastor Matt Henderson will officiate with interment to follow the service in Hillside Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

Mr. Carroll passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019.

Born in Decatur, Georgia on April 5, 1946, Mr. Carroll was the son of the late Albert and Flora Welborn Carroll.  Mr. Carroll was a United States Air Force Veteran and he was retired.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Clarkesville.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Carroll is preceded in death by brother James Carroll.

Survivors include his wife Karen Reeves Carroll of Clarkesville, sons and daughters in law Josh and Ashley Carroll of Macon and Jason and Cissy Carroll of Charlotte, North Carolina, daughter Katie Carroll of Clarkesville, brothers and sisters in law Jerry and Gertrude Carroll and Donald and Sharon Carroll all of Clarkesville, sister Betty Jean Carraway of Huntersville, North Carolina mother in law Charlotte Brewer Reeves, sisters in law Sherrie Fry (Don) of Clarkesville, Candace Wallace of Demorest and Delores Carroll of Marietta, grandchildren Emily and Maggie Carroll, Jackson Carroll and Zailee Carroll, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
