Adam Glenn Wilson

Adam Glenn Wilson, age 57 of Alto, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023.

Born in Brooksville, Florida on March 26, 1966, Adam was the son of James Glenn Wilson and the late Carolyn Sue Maddux Luthi.  Adam was a carpenter and was employed with Mark Orkin Construction.  He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish.  He was quite the craftsman and enjoyed woodworking.  Adams kids were his greatest treasure, and many of their friends he lovingly extended an open door to,  He would always offer them a good meal and a place to stay if needed.  Adam had a servant’s heart and he was always more concerned with other people than he was himself.  He attended the Free Chapel.  In addition to his mother, Adam is preceded in death by daughter Brandy Lynn Wilson.

Survivors include his wife Revonda Kirkland Wilson of Alto, father James Glenn Wilson of Pickens, SC, sons Ashton Shay Wilson (Jamie) of Clayton and Glenn Ray Wilson of Cornelia, daughters Allie Diane Wilson of Greenville, SC and Ayla Leigh Ann Hayes of Greer, SC, sisters Sue Lynne Wood (James) of Clarkesville and Anita Kay Wilson Carson (Alan) of Virginia Beach, VA, stepfather Mitchell Luthi of Clarkesville, ten grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville.
