Annette (Hurt) Ramey

Annette Hurt Ramey, age 76 of Mt. Airy, passed away March 3, 2025.

Born in Clarkesville, Georgia on April 8, 1948, Mrs. Ramey was the daughter of the late Clyde E. and Laverne Stephens Hurt.  She graduated from South Habersham High School in 1966 and retired from Ag Georgia Farm Credit.  Mrs. Ramey was a member of Harvest Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband Donald B. Ramey of Mt. Airy, son and daughter in law Adam and Jade Ramey of Mt. Airy, grandson Landon Ramey of Mt. Airy, brothers and sisters in law L. C. and Launia Hurt of Mt. Airy and Wendell and Susan Hurt of Mt. Airy and nephew Brady Hurt (Sonya) of Mt. Airy. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Hillside Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Hillside Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
