Darrell Tucker

Funeral services for Darrell Tucker, age 79 of Clarkesville will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Hillside Memorial Chapel.  Dr. Craig Ward will officiate with interment to follow the service in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the United States Air Force and Masonic Rights provided by Clarkesville Masonic Lodge #325 F&AM.

Mr. Tucker passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018.

Born in Daviess County, Kentucky on March 5, 1939, Mr. Tucker was the son of the late Claude and Frances Graham Tucker.  He was a United States Air Force Veteran and he was an Appraiser with Metro Appraisal.  Mr. Tucker was a member of Clarkesville Masonic Lodge #325 F&AM where he was a Past Master and held office as Treasure for 35 years.  He was also a member of the Royal Arch Grand Council of Georgia R&SM, Philemon Commandery, Yaarab Shrine Temple and the Mountaineer Shrine Club. Mr. Tucker was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Tucker is preceded in death by son Darrell Lynn Tucker and daughter Vikki Rochelle Tucker.

Survivors include wife Donna York Tucker of Clarkesville, daughter Lisa Kaye Terry (Glen) of Hiram, son Jason Roberts (Dyana) of Cornelia, brother Alan Graham Tucker (Karen) of Paducah, Kentucky, and grandchildren Brandon, Chase, Christian, Jaden, Tucker, and Skylar.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
