Jean (Jiles) Harrison

Jean Jiles Harrison, age 77 of Clarkesville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday January 29, 2020.

Mrs. Harrison was born at Fontana Dam, NC on July 28, 1942. She was the daughter of  the late Willie and Lola Jiles. Mrs. Harrison was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Skeet Harrison, brother, Almon Jiles, and sisters Clarice Jiles Owens and Evelyn Jiles Bowen. 

Mrs. Harrison is survived by her son and daughter in law Billy and Aileen Harrison of Clarkesville; 2 sisters, Lois Jiles Clark and Edith Jiles Gipson both of Lakemont. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Shae, Ella Grace, Ashton and Riley, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville on Saturday February 1, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Funeral services will be held in the Hillside Memorial Chapel on Saturday February 1, 2020 at 3:00 PM. with Reverend Matthew Mote officiating. Interment will follow the service in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarkesville.
