Kathryn Lanning Holland

Kathyrn Lanning Holland, age 81 of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, November 01, 2021 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born in Salem, South Carolina on September 10, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Erby Cornelius & Bertha Manley Lanning. Kathryn had a career in the manufacturing industry and was a devoted pastor’s wife. She was a Godly Christian lady who faithfully served alongside her husband for many years spreading the Gospel. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church where she taught the children’s preschool and juniors Sunday School classes.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dr. Charles Edward Holland; sons, Tony Holland (Tammie) of Cleveland, GA, Rev. Chris Holland (Angie) of Dacula, GA; sister, Eleanor Sweezy of Prosperity, SC; grandchildren, Tiffny Ebaugh (Darren), Tyrus Holland, Trailly Holland, Olivia Holland, and Caleb Holland; great-grandchildren, Sherese, Darrel, Desie, & Kaylee Ebaugh.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 07, 2021 at Salem Baptist Church officiated by her husband and son, Dr. Charles Holland & Rev. Chris Holland. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 06, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the McDougald Funeral Home, 2211 North Main Street, Anderson, SC. 29621.
