Linda Gayle Krone Spinks, 74, of Clarkesville, GA, passed peacefully in her sleep with her husband and son at her side on May 3, 2025.
Linda was born in Erie, PA on April 13th, 1951. After completing her military service to the Air Force and obtaining a horticulture degree at the University of Missouri, Linda became an RN and along with Bob, diligently raised three boys while enjoying a lifetime of skilled artistic creativity expressed through countless mediums. She was always learning. Linda was very loved and well regarded by her friends, family, and husband of 47 years, who remained with her until death did they part. In addition to her parents, Ben and Dorothy Brannon Krone, Linda was preceded in death by her youngest son, Adam Spinks, and her brothers, Carl, Robert, Gary, and Max Krone.
Linda is survived by her husband, Bob Spinks of Clarkesville, her son, Matt Spinks, of Clarkesville, her son, Kevin Lockwood of Lenexa, Ks, and her sisters Wanita Huey of Erie, PA, Deborah Cicero of Wichita, KS, and Carol Quinn, of Martinez, CA.
