Norma Jeane Church Lovell Obituary

Norma Jeane Church Lovell, age 81 of Clarkesville, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 15, 2020.

Born in Clarkesville, Georgia on November 01, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Lester Wade Church & Rosaleen Murray Church. Norma Jeane retired from the United States Forestry Service with many years of dedicated service. In her spare time, she loved a good joke and was very fond of parks & local recreational areas. Norma Jeane had a great sense of humor and was game for anything to get a quick laugh. She especially enjoyed visits from her grandkids and long evening drives. Norma Jeane was a sweet and kind woman to all.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lovell, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Dennis Mark & Kathy Lovell of Florida; Debbie & Pradeep Patnaik of Sharpsburg, GA; Bobby & Kelly Lovell of Dillard, GA; Nicole Lovell Ford of Georgia; brother & sister-in-law, Roger & JoAnn Church of Clarkesville, GA; sisters, Virginia Eller of Clarkesville, GA; Linda Perry of Mt. Airy, GA; grandchildren, Lance Shelnut; Amy Lovell; Christy Ford; Sabrina Lovell; Donna Jean Lovell; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.

A graveside service is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Stonepile Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Connie Berry officiating.
