Tina Lee (Bates) Arnold

Tina Lee Bates Arnold, age 53 of Sautee passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 15, 1965, Mrs. Arnold was the daughter of Melvin Bates and the late Dorthy Lee “Dot” Collett Bates.  Mrs. Arnold was a homemaker and a member of Providence Baptist Church.  

Survivors include her father Melvin Bates of Sautee, son and daughter in law Julian and Cara Arnold of Clarkesville, brother and sister in law Ricky and Marcia Bates of Clarkesville, life partner James Brantley and family, grandson Cole Arnold, niece Kelly Bates, nephew Dustin Bates (Jade) and great nephew Adam Bates.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 2-4 PM and from 6-8 PM.  A memorial service will be held at Hillside Memorial Chapel at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 14, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the John B. Gesbocker Animal Shelter of Habersham County, Goodwill of Northeast Georgia or to the charity of your choice.
