Vicky Shannon Webb Hamel

Vicky Shannon Webb Hamel, age 61 of the Batesville Community, Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Born in Clayton, Georgia on June 19, 1961, she was a daughter of the late Ed & Nancy Swafford Webb. Vicky was employed with R Y Lovell Farms for many years and also helped her daughter with her professional cleaning service for a number of years. Early on in her spare time, she enjoyed horseback riding and being active playing various sports. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be missed tremendously.

Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Jessica & Austin Dawkins of the Batesville Community, Clarkesville, GA; brother, Doug Webb of Seneca, SC; sister, Teresa Singleton of Clayton, GA; grandchildren, Braxton Dawkins & Dillon Dawkins; special friends, Fred & Yvonne Lovell of the Batesville Community, Clarkesville, GA; as well as many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Hillside Gardens Cemetery in Clarkesville, Georgia with Rev. Chip Cranford officiating.
