Wilda Faye Carey Obituary

The family of Wilda Faye Carey announces with great sorrow her passing on Saturday September 25th 2021 following a brief battle with cancer.

Ms. Carey was born October 11th 1955 in commerce Georgia and was a resident of both Banks and Habersham counties most all her life. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Elizabeth Carey of Baldwin Georgia, twin brother Ray Carey and sister Shirley Etris both of Jackson County, Georgia.

Ms. Carey is survived by her sister Patsy McGill of Commerce Georgia, sister Sara Jo Whitehead and brother Ansel Carey both of Nicholson Georgia, son Keith Carey of Commerce Georgia, and grandson Sam Carey of Fort Lewis, Washington.

A memorial service will be held Sunday October 17th 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the River of Life Church in Nicholson Georgia. All family and friends are invited to come celebrate the life of Ms. Carey.
