Jerry, We were so sad to learn of Sherry's death. Though we have had very little contact since high school, we still have fond memories of those days! May you rest in the peace that only God can give! You and your family will be in our prayers in the very difficult days ahead.

Words cannot begin to express my deep sympathy for Jerry, Corey and Clayton as well as Jill, Allyson and Kip. Having known and been a part of this great family was one of the most memorable parts of living in Cornelia and it is so hard to accept that Sherry now lives only in our hearts and memories. A sick daughter prevented my attendance at the funeral but please know that I thought of you all and continue to wish you peace. I love y'all.

Such a loss for Sherry's family and friends! We got to know Sherry through her insurance business and she had been so helpful to us for the last few years. Such a wonderful, sweet lady! She will be missed dearly! Love and prayers for peace and comfort for all the family!

I never met Sherry but we were so close that we called each other sisters. In May of last year she was making some really tough decisions regarding going forward with a major change in her business. We talked and talked and I passed on some ideas for her to consider. Since that time we have talked about her business, her family, her trips. My business, my family, my trips. We loved each other. She was coming to Phoenix in January and we were going to hang out together. I am sorry that we never got to hug each other but "Sis we will meet...we will hug"

I am so shocked and very saddened by the news of Sherry ‘s passing. We went to lab school together and lived together in Athens while in our internship at St Mary’s Hospital. Sherry was the most caring and sweetest person. I am so thankful to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.

Sherry hired me at the Allergy & Asthma Clinic when I first moved to Gainesville in 1996. I didn't know anyone in town and she was very welcoming to me, and offered me support even after she left the office to pursue other ventures. I will always be grateful to her for the kindness that she showed toward me.

My sincere condolences to her family and friends. She will definitely be missed.

I did not know Sherry, but my sister Mary Beth Rice who lives in Cornelia, knew her, was so blessed by her, and considered her a gift from God and one of her closest friends. She loved her so much, and wept much for Sherry & the family. Sherry blessed Mary Beth greatly, and they were like two sisters caring about others & making things better.
I am grateful to God that my sister knows Sherry is with Jesus. God always has more work for us to do, and the love Sherry gave and will still give through Jesus will remain in Mary Beth's heart forever. Duane & I pray for all in Sherry's family to come closer to Jesus in the days, weeks, and months ahead, so they too may know & experience the love &fullness of life Sherry now enjoys. We hug you all.
