We lost contact with Harold but he is still in our memories. My children loved to go visit him on the farm.. They have fond memories of all the things we did together. My son found this obit this morning and it brings much sadness. I have wonderful memories of Harold Mickey Jeff and Gwen, Gina was a baby. He lived not far from my family's home in Cayce. I met my husband Shorty at the ESSO Station.. We have years of stories about the station and Harold. We have years of wonderful memories and a lifetime friendship.

Cant be there in person but I am with you all in spirit. I will always remember the good times we had with Uncle Harold in South Carolina when we would come for the summer. I loved him so very much and he was always there for us when we needed him. I am praying for you all and know that he is no longer suffering and in pain, God Bless

It sounds like Mr. Butts had a full life and we are certain he will be missed by you. There are no good words at times like this, but we are certain he knew that he was loved.
